Image Hosting?

I see alot of myspace accounts with alot of different messages (ex: Welcome to my space) with their picture on it. Is this image hosting? When my cursor is over it it says photo bucket video and image hosting. Is this how I get one? If I upload it how do I add words? For example: Welcome to myspace page?

1. go to http://photobucket.com/ and it will give you the option to upload your pictures or videos (its perfectly safe). however i would use http://tinypic.com/ because Tiny-pic will not resize your photos to upload them.
2. photobucket.com is free but w/ an account so you can save it for future use. imageshack.us is another free one so is tinypic.com.
